This is one of my favorite Virgin Mary drinks. If you're into tomato juice, then definitely give this one a shot.
Makes 1 Serving
- 3 Medium Tomatoes (Any type really, fresh from garden are superior)
- 3 Medium Celery Staks
- 1 Cup Parsley (Or less, whatever you like)
- 1 Medium Garlic Clove
- 1/2 Tsp. Sea Salt
- 1/8 Tsp. Fresh Ground Black Pepper
- Dash of your fav hot sauce (Optional, and to your liking)
There's a couple ways of making this. When I first started making, I'd juice everything. Then I got into the habit of juicing everything except the tomatoes. In that scenario, cut the tomatoes and blend with the juice from everything else in your VitaMix. I started this way as it gave me more pulp, and was more filling.
