Tahini Dressing

Once you make this dressing, you'll likely never go back to any other dressing. In my opinion it's by far the best dressing I've ever had. And it's RAW Vegan.

Makes 2 Cups


  • 1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup Tamari Soy Sauce
  • 1 Garlic Clove
  • 1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup Tahini (Sesame Seed Butter) (Or about 6 tablespoons)


Put all ingredients in a Blender, and blend until smooth and creamy. Will keep in airtight container in fridge for 3-4 weeks.

Additional Notes: Most soy sauces today are not made in the traditional way, and includes wheat and gluten, and are processed. Tamari and Nama Shoyu on the other hand are typically organic, and RAW friendly and don't contain wheat. You can find this in all Whole Foods stores as well as Oriental Markets, and many grocery stores. You can also purchase online.

Tahini is basically Sesame Seed butter, and I've seen this in the health section of just about every grocery store. Get what you can find, but I prefer RAW Organic.
