Recovery Pudding

This pudding recipe is geared towards recovery, and is perfect cold.

Makes 2 servings, keeps 3 days in fridge.

Ingredients

  • 2 Bananas
  • 1 Cup Blueberries
  • 1/2 Soaked Almonds
  • 1/4 Cup Ground Flaxseed
  • 1/4 Cup Hemp Protein
  • 1/4 Cup Roasted Carob Powder
  • 2 Tsp Ground Rooibos
  • 1 Tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 Tsp Sea Salt


Directions

Put all ingredients into a food processor, and blend until smooth.
