RAW Pizza Cheese

This is a cheese I use on one of my favorite RAW Pizza Recipes. This is simply amazing!

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Cashews (Soaked 2 hours, so they blend easier.)
  • 1/4 Cup Filtered Water
  • 2 Tablespoons Nutritional Yeast
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon Juice (About 1/2 a lemon)
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Sea Salt


Directions

  1. Add everything to a blender, and blend until smooth. This makes a small amount so I rarely make in my VitaMix, unless I'm making several pizzas. So I typically do in a small Ninja.



Now you're ready to place on your pizza. Cheese will keep in fridge about 3-4 days.
