Energy Pudding

This pudding recipe is a bioavailable high-nutrient pre-workout snack.

Makes 2 servings, keeps 3 days in fridge

Ingredients

  • 2 Bananas
  • 1/2 Cup Dates
  • 1/4 Cup Ground Flaxseed
  • 1/4 Cup Roasted Carod Powder (Or Cacao Nibs for 100% RAW)
  • 1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 1 Tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 Tsp Sea Salt


Directions

Put all ingredients into a food processor, and blend until smooth.
