Creamy Tomato Soup

This soup is quick, and delicious! And best of all it's healthy and raw.

Makes 2 servings

Ingredients

  • 3 Cups Seeded and Chopped Tomatoes
  • 3/4 Cup Almond Milk (Make it homemade)
  • 1/8 Cup Fresh Basil (Or 2 Teaspoons dry, or to liking)
  • 1 Tbsp Fresh Oregano or 1 Tsp dried
  • 1 Medjool Date (Pitted) or 1/2 Tbsp Agave Nectar
  • 1 Garlic Clove minced
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil



Directions

Combine all ingredients into a blender, and blend until smooth.
