Coconut Coolers

I simply love this smoothie. I had a young Thai coconut, which I intended to make a meal out of. However I was out of Maca, Spirulina, and Bananas. So I grabbed what I had on hand. Since I was in a hurry, I didn't bother with Bee Pollen, Mesquite Powder, and all of the usual add-ins. And this is what was the result. A very creamy, cold, refreshing smoothie, which was filling.

Makes 1 Servings (Or two smaller servings)


  • 1 Young Thai Coconut
  • 2 Tbsp Hemp Seeds
  • Two small handfuls of fruit. (When I invented this, I had a Korean Melon)
  • 1 Cup of Ice


Open the coconut and put the coconut water, and meat into the blender (Vitamix if you have one). Add whatever fruit you have on hand, as well as the Hemp Seeds and Ice. Blend for a minute or two, until very smooth. Enjoy!
