Blueberry Almond Smoothie

This is probably one of my favorite smoothies, hands down. Delicious, and easy to make.

Makes about 2 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Cup Fresh or Frozen Wild Blueberries
  • 1 Cup of Coconut Water
  • 1 TB (Heaping) of Almond Butter
  • 1 Fist-full of either Kale or Spinach (You don't taste either)
  • 1 Scoop of Vega Brand vanilla protein powder
  • 1 Cup of Ice

Optional Ingredients

  • Maca Powder for Energy
  • Diatomaceous Earth (For detoxing heavy metals, and absorbing nutrients)



Directions

Combine all ingredients and process in a blender until smooth. Split in half, and share with a friend. :)
