  • 1 tablespoon ground dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

I'm still in search of a particular type of blackened seasoning. I've been playing around with the above recipes, which have produced some decent results. The recipe I'm trying to get close to is GFS's Trade East Blackened Season. Once I perfect, will post the recipe up here.
