Banana Orange Kale Smoothie
This smoothie is a simple yet surprisingly delicious drink. Try with different varieties of Kale to find your favorite. Red Kale works well with this recipe.
Makes 2 Servings
- 2 Cups Water
- 1 Banana (Peeled)
- 1 Medium Orange (Peeled & Seeded)
- 4 Medium Kale Leaves (Stems removed)
- 1 Tsp Cinnamon
- Pinch Sea Salt
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth, and you're ready to go.
