Banana Orange Kale Smoothie

This smoothie is a simple yet surprisingly delicious drink. Try with different varieties of Kale to find your favorite. Red Kale works well with this recipe.


Makes 2 Servings

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Water
  • 1 Banana (Peeled)
  • 1 Medium Orange (Peeled & Seeded)
  • 4 Medium Kale Leaves (Stems removed)
  • 1 Tsp Cinnamon
  • Pinch Sea Salt


Directions

Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth, and you're ready to go.
