Banana Hemp Smoothie

This one is definitely a green smoothie, and extremely healthy. I'll drink this one quite often, especially on mornings I know I'm going to workout hard.


Makes 1 Servings

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Cups Water, Juice, or tea
  • 1 1/2 Medium Bananas, peeled and sliced
  • 2 TB Hemp Seeds
  • 2 TB Mesquite Powder
  • 1 TB Maca
  • 1 TB Spirulina
  • 1 TB Chia Seeds
  • 1 TB Bee Pollen
  • 1 TB Cacao
  • 1 Tsp Cinnamon
  • Pinch Sea Salt


Directions

Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth, and you're ready to go. Drink right away, and don't let it sit long (You'll wind up with a pudding because of the Chia seeds).
